Rambling
The Tiveden woods are perfect for country rambles along paths that have been used for centuries.  We recommend Bergslag Trail,länk till annan webbplats, öppnas i nytt fönster which runs through Tiveden area, across marshes, past meres and bare stretches of rock, and through the most unspoiled parts of Tiveden.

Close the archipelago
25 km south of Askersund on road 49 is the Utnäset nature reserve. Here you get a chance to get close the islands of lake Vättern by a footpath that leads through the reserve.
